Located in West Eugene amongst other industrial lots, The Satre Group worked closely with their partners to bring this mostly empty lot some purpose. This lot has been zoned industrial and only partially utilized. Partitioning the lot to allow multiple businesses to grow and enter the community was the ultimate goal. This project is now under construction and businesses will soon be allowed to move in. The Satre Group provided the land use planning and landscape architecture for this project.
