In collaboration with the University of Oregon and their East Campus Area Plan project, The Satre Group helped facilitate changes to the Eugene Metro Plan, the Fairmount neighborhood plan and zoning map changes to conform with the Area Plan. The Satre Group is a recognized expert in navigating the often challenging process of land use approvals in the State of Oregon.
