The Satre Group provided complete land use approval and landscape architecture services for this hotel property, the third of a three-unit hospitality complex on Franklin Blvd in the Glenwood neighborhood of Springfield. In addition to facilitating receipt of land use approval, services included negotiating with an adjacent property owner regarding shared access as well as assisting the city with the implementation of a new neighborhood-specific street lighting standard.
