Originally constructed in the 1950’s, this apartment located near the University of Oregon was in great need of modernization. The Satre Group provided landscape design services to improve screening to private patios, update the landscape surrounding the building, remediate existing drainage issues, and create a new entryway. At the entryway, new signage and lighting was designed in addition to decorative metal paneling at the building’s primary entrance.
