The Satre Group was the land use planner and landscape architect for this 150-unit multi-family housing development in north Eugene. Land use planning services including master planning the site to conform to the Eugene Code, generating, submitting, processing and receiving approval of Planned Unit Development and Traffic Impact Analysis permits, including neighborhood outreach and public hearing testimony. Landscape architectural services included detailed site design for site entrances, drive aisles, parking areas, site circulation and pathways, common areas, play areas and stormwater treatment facilities. Stormwater treatment facilities were designed to complement the landscape and architecture of the site. The planters vary from raised beds that collect roof runoff, raingardens complemented by large boulders, to lush beds filled with native vegetation. The stormwater treatment beds serve to enhance the outdoor aesthetic while also providing necessary on-site stormwater treatment.
