Designed by Rick Satre and constructed by Gansen Construction, the Satre-Morgan Residence has gained a new backyard retreat. With nearly 800 square feet of outdoor living space, the project included the following elements:

• Concrete patio with integral color, and stamped board form finish
• Gable extension off the Master Bedroom constructed with heavy black hardware, muted lighting and nearby water feature for quiet relaxation.
• Patio area with integral lighting of overhead pendants, post-mounted down lights and dimmable LED strip lights at each step, capped with translucent roofing to maximize daylighting.
• Outdoor kitchen including insulated sink with hot and cold water, trash compartment, refrigerator, natural gas barbeque with rotisserie and infrared burner, drawers and cabinets, and recessed electrical outlets.

Complemented with nearby natural gas fire pit and seating area, stained and stamped concrete walkways, low voltage lighting and lush plantings, this recent addition creates an outdoor oasis for the homeowners to long enjoy.
