The Satre Group was honored to be a part of the team that made this Rehabilitation Hospital come to life. The Satre Group managed complex land that included: Site Plan Review, Replat/ Lot Consolidation/ Property Line Adjustment and Drinking Water Protection. Working closely with ESA (Earl Swensson Associates) and KPFF, the Satre Group acted as the Land Use Planner and Landscape Architect and site design lead. The landscape features include a courtyard that will facilitate rehabilitation in an outdoor environment. Additionally, a small path circulates around the perimeter intended for patients, guests, and staff.
