The land parcel that eventually would include RiverBend Medical Center began as farm property. Retained by PeaceHealth as land assembly process began, The Satre Group was responsible for and successfully navigated the complex land use approval process through the City of Springfield, resulting in PeaceHealth’s ability to move forward with the property development. The Satre Group is a recognized leader in Oregon land use planning and permitting of complicated land use transactions.
