The Satre Group provided land use and landscape architecture services in the development of this mixed tenant industrial facility. Working closely with the client, project engineers and general contractor, the facility utilized a former mill site to support the construction of a tilt up concrete facility with integrated loading dock, planting and repurposing of a former mill material collection area to serve vegetated stormwater treatment.
