The Fern Ridge Path system skirts the extensive West Eugene wetland area supporting its central element, Amazon Creek. The path terminates at Green Hill Road with a dramatic public space overlooking Meadowlark Prairie. The Satre Group provided land use planning and design services to the city of Eugene. The overlook includes parking, sidewalk systems, shade structures, signage systems and landscape development. The result is a much used and appreciated component of the overall Fern Ridge Path system.
