Awbrey Farm is a 14-lot single-family residential infill project. Located in the Santa Clara neighborhood of Eugene, a larger older lot was repurposed to provide an array of unique homesites of various sizes. Access is by way of a private drive through a fenced, but not gated, entry. Seven of the lots abut the adjacent Spring Creek, a tributary of the nearby Willamette River. Mature conifers and large shade trees round out the overall aesthetic.
