The Satre Group provided land use planning and landscape architecture services for this infill student housing project on Franklin Blvd adjacent to the University of Oregon campus near downtown Eugene. The 12-story apartment building included ground-level office and support space, multi-level structured parking, a variety of unit types and amenities within a vertical living environment. Services included the design of a roof top garden, dining terrace, pool and spa and 5th floor social gathering space.
