Currently under construction- The Satre Group provided land use planning, landscape architecture, and 3D visualization services for this twelve-story student housing project. Design services and features included all amenity spaces in addition to the ground-floor entrance, a second-floor courtyard is oriented to nighttime activities, with dramatic lighting and gathering areas. A ninth-floor kitchen and gathering space and a rooftop featuring a kitchen, recreation area, lounging area, pool, spa, and firepit contribute to the social scene.
