The Satre Group provided land use planning, landscape architecture, and 3D visualization services for this 6 lot mixed housing project. Land use services included plan and code analysis, project representation before the city of Eugene, and the generation, submittal, processing, and procurement of required land use approvals. Landscape architectural services included coordinated design of the complete project, stormwater facilities, and the integration of an existing 6-plex into the overall community.
