Sustainability as a Guiding Theme

A healthy environment is inseparable from livability. Healthy cities and walkable neighborhoods are essential. We incorporate these values into our own business decisions as well as our designs solutions. As an example, our office is a model of sustainability. The McCracken Building is a reuse of a historic building, with re-purposed and recycled materials, integrated natural daylighting, canopy trees to reduce urban heat island effect, and a bio-swale integrated into the site design to manage storm water run-off on site. Our company vehicle is an environmentally friendly and Eugene produced Arcimoto, perfect for travel around town during the work day.

Inspiration Meets the Bottom Line

We pay as close attention to rules, budgets and timelines as we do to creative design and realistic problem-solving. Guidelines are established, codes are coveted, environmental conditions are met, and people are pleased with the results. It’s where design meets the bottom line.
